Aladdin and the Spear St team made our 2-day business workshop run smoothly, thanks to incredible service and quality. For an order-ahead lunch for a group, this was a 5/5, as I felt the meals were delicious, things tasted fresh (not microwaved), there were so many options for our ranging dietary needs, and I was able to communicate with him ahead of pickup.

Ever since it opened, proper food has become my no.1 place for lunch. By looking at the number of photos in this review, you'd know I come here almost every day and have tried everything on the menu... it is that good and convenient. I love that they pre package the food so you can clearly see all the ingredients and decide what you'd like. The best thing is to skip the lines. The portion is very good for its price!!

Service was really great! The place was clean and morning service was efficient! I got coffee and gf sandwich in the morning, i cant believe the sandwich was gf and tasted very good. Worker was very helpful too in the morning when i was in a hurry to go to work.

Proper Food has become one of my go-to options for breakfast and lunch near my work. All their food are made fresh daily and they have a very diverse menu that's seasonal so you're bound to get something new every once in a while. First let's talk about breakfast. Their Steak and Egg burrito is ridiculously huge! It's LOADED with steak (http://bit.ly/2DkD9H8). I think they have one of the best breakfast sandwiches in the FiDi with their gluten free muffin with egg, sausage, and roasted tomato. The only downside is that it's a but messy with the scrambled eggs. (http://bit.ly/2Hqs9KH) Their Chilaquiles is really good too. Maybe not the best I've ever had, but you really can't go wrong with eggs and tortilla chips smothered in red sauce and melted cheese (http://bit.ly/2DkA8GZ). They have decent lunch selections as well. My fav is the Lemon Quinoa Chicken Salad (http://bit.ly/2DkBCRw). They give a huge amount of quinoa and just enough chicken to satisfy your hunger for the rest of the work day. A great vegetarian option is their Miso-Glazed Tofu & Soba Noodles (http://bit.ly/2f25qZc). Honestly, I thought this was a never ending box of noodles. This thing weighed a ton! It was tasty, and the snap peas and peanuts added a good light crunch. The miso glazed tofu was surprisingly flavorful. Their Mushroom Enchiladas were good too (http://bit.ly/2Hpzl9R). Almost like the chilaquiles but with rolled up tortillas with mushroom and cheese. Overall, while they may be a little pricey, Proper Food is a great option to have for lunch and breakfast. They do sometimes run out of food pretty quickly. So it's probably best to order in advance if you have the means whether through their app or by phone.
